1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the PDF Magic Box digital workspace, you agree to be bound by these Service Utilization Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from utilizing the document synthesis tools provided on this platform.

2. Professional Utilization License

We grant you a free, perpetual license to utilize our PDF manipulation tools for personal, academic, and commercial purposes. This includes:

• Merging and splitting corporate legal and financial documents.
• Compressing digital assets for commercial distribution.
• Converting files for professional use without mandatory attribution.

3. Acceptable Use Boundary

You agree not to utilize the PDF Magic Box engine to:

• Generate or manipulate documents containing fraudulent, malicious, or illegal content.
• Attempt to disrupt the client-side JavaScript execution or bypass security headers.
• Automate requests to the site infrastructure via scrapers or high-frequency bots.
• Misrepresent the platform as a legal or governmental entity.

4. Intellectual Sovereignty

The underlying software architecture and "PDF Magic Box" branding are the property of UJ Studio. However, total sovereignty over the documents you process remains with you. We do not claim ownership of, nor do we store, any documents synthesized or manipulated through our local-first engine.

5. Absolute Disclaimer of Warranty

"The tools are provided 'as is' without any express or implied warranty. UJ Studiodoes not warrant that the document synthesis will be error-free or that the resulting PDFs will be compatible with all legacy document readers. Use of the tools in critical enterprise environments is at your own risk."

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall UJ Studio be liable for any damages (including loss of data or professional fees) arising from the use or inability to use the PDF Magic Box tool suite.
